Have you ever seen any of these movies?  The “Thumbnation” movies?  Or at least heard of them?  If you haven’t, please quickly acquaint yourself with them before continuing or I’m going to look insane.

I’ve actually never seen any of them, but I’ve seen their boxes many times.  When I was little I loved finding them at Best Video and laughing at the cover art, but I never wanted to pay full price for a half-hour-long movie.  I’ve been told I’m missing out, and apparently a lot of the thumb parodies are on YouTube now, so there’s really no excuse anymore.

Steve Oedekerk is the genius behind it all.  So far he’s made Thumb Wars, Bat Thumb, The Godthumb, Thumbtanic, Blair Thumb, and Frankenthumb, and more are on the way.  In case Steve finds himself running out of ideas, here are a few I’d like to see get made:

If I had thought of it at the time, I would have pasted a “Two thumbs up!” Siskel and Ebert review on the bottom of each of these.

Any other ones I should do?
